The Play-By-Play of Our Team Building Days

Power poses! Using the mind-body connection, we help your brain feel better by making your body feel better. The queen of the body-mind connection is Amy Cuddy. Click here to watch Amy’s powerful TED talk and you will understand why we include Power Poses as part of the “Learn by Dropping the Ball” workshop.

We move on to mastering the three-ball pattern, honing task-balancing skills, and fostering single-minded focus and coordination.

Participants advance to juggling in pairs, shifting the focus to teamwork, timing, and finesse.

Henrik’s methodology ensures everyone will be juggling before the workshop concludes!

“Having Henrik Bothe do his “Learn by Dropping the Ball” was a HUGE benefit to our off site. Seeing the different teams actually juggling together was wonderful.”

“We loved the workshop! Already talking about how to do more.”

Employees also walk away with their set of juggling balls! These serve as a constant reminder and a mind-clearing meditative practice, building a solid foundation for your team.

Skills You Get to Keep

Beyond the workplace applications, participants discover the broader implications of the juggling metaphor – that any new skill can be developed through dedicated practice, effort, and a willingness to make mistakes and learn from them – be it sports, personal or professional development.

Backed by Science

Juggling grows brain power – literally! Studies show it boosts blood flow and gray matter. The benefits cascade beyond mental gymnastics too. Juggling helps treat anxiety, dyslexia, and computer vision syndrome from workplace eye strain. Simply put, bodies appreciate the break from office chairs, while minds get a reboot from new neural connections.

A short juggling break, even in the midst of a hectic schedule, becomes a powerful shift from the ordinary analytic left hemisphere of the brain to the more imaginative right hemisphere.

It’s not just a workshop; it’s a holistic journey towards improved performance, camaraderie, and individual well-being!
